Our Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman replica/reproduction is a high quality same as style of the original design.
- The shells and ottoman are upholstered in 100% full grain Aniline Leather imported from Italy. All parts of the chair are made with the same leather grade including piping and buttons.
- Same as to the original the veneer features 7 ply's of cross grained engineered wood and is Kiln dry stabilized to prevent any sort of warping or cracking.
- Standard Vitra base and back braces comes in a high polished bright aluminum trim. Also customizable in the full Vitra aluminum base.
- The seat of the Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman swivels on a 5 star base, and 4-star fixed base for the ottoman, with glides that are threaded so that the chair may remain level.
- The back braces are die-cast aluminum. The chair base has a built-in swivel mechanism.
- 6-inch-thick urethane high density foam cushions.
- Permanently tilted at a 15-degree angle to properly distribute a person's weight to the back of the chair for maximum comfort.
- Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman shell is also supply with seven-ply cherry, natural cherry, or santos palisander veneer.
- The seat is angled to take the weight off the base of your spine; The lower back piece supports your lower back. The angle of the upper back piece that supports your chest allows you to move around comfortably while you're sitting.
- All pieces are hand assembled easily. Customer can change the spare part by himself.

Shipment service
We can help to find a good shipping forwarder to ship the goods to the destination port. However, if you have a good shipping forwarder, we can also use yours.

FOB Shenzhen for full container loaded, EXW for less container loaded
Product quality warranty
We provide 36 months products warranty to make sure our customers obtain good sales.
(All is valid for 36 months except for the PU items with 12 months warranty)
Production lead time
One 20ft container 30 days One 40ft or 40'HC container will be 35 days.
Less container loaded (LCL) products same production time as one 20 ft container.
(noted: if one container mix over 20 items, please give us 1 week more for production; if one container mix over 30 items, please give us 2 weeks more for production. )
Replacement Policy
As to oversea's orders we guarantee 36 month (except for PU items) for any reason. In case that any defect item is found, please send us emails with specifics and pictures. We will send replacements part like the legs/arms/cushions to repair the furniture or make new replacement in any coming orders. Considerating the overseas' long distance apart from China, small spare part for urgent needed can be sent by DHL (Less than 100USD DHL fees) and big spare part (Over 100USD deliver cost) can be sent by next coming order. In another way we will solve as discount with next order. we anyhow will give the solution for meeting any problem.
