Prefab/prefabricated/Modular House-MKMK is a kind of modular product, which is made of modular panel (1.82m) and standard structural number, through its flexible combination to meet different dimension, layout and purpose. Its bearing system is two C profiled light gauge steel welding back to back. Its wall and roof panel could be EPS or glass wool color steel sandwich panel. Usage:
Construction industry: Temporary site office, dormitory, camps, dining hall, meeting room, shops, storage rooms, small warehouse, government purchase for residence, military housing and other purpose.

House Body-bearing system:
1) Roof Beam: Light gauge steel welding A-frame beam with paint.

5) Post: Double C profiled light gauge steel welding back to back.

1) Elevation floor: Design as client's requirement, suitable for desert and damp area.

Production time:
Produce 50, 000sqm house in each 25 days.
Container loading:
1) All components are finished in our factory, then loading in container.
2) Every 40ft sea container can load 220-320 Sqm house.
Installation:
1) Clients need to do foundation after the order, based on our foundation drawing.
2) After container arrives on site, unload the goods, and assemble onsite. We provide assemble drawing.
3) We provide supervisor for extra charge if need.
4) Installation efficiency: About six skilled labors can assemble 100sqm houses in 8 hours without accessories.
