We're an industrial and commercial company who has been specializing in a wide range leisure products since 2006.
We have a joint-venture factory with ISO9001 attestation (Quality and Management Certification subject to international standards). It's located in Outdoor and Travel Products Industrial Zone, Jinhua area, Zhejiang Province, China. It only takes 3 hours to Ningbo airport and Ningbo seaport by car. By 2008 it covers a total area of over 50, 000 sq. M. With a total staff more than 800. We have self-contained production, various workshops for hardware / powder coating / plastic injection / fabric cutting & stitching, big warehouse for materials & finished products, assembly, packing, etc...We control the full process of each order before Ex-dock, which enable us to ensure approved quality and punctual delivery time.
In 2006, we established Ningbo Lounger Gears Co., Ltd in Ningbo city handling exporting process and provides professional service for our clients. At the same time, we also stock some correlative products which are not within our own production from over 10 associated factories in China, But, control seriously the quality of products by special inspectors.
Why we are?
1>. R&D Dept: We have 5 experienced engineers. R&D team was charged by Mr. Hu who has engaged this line more than 13years.
2>. Independent Quality Control: We have 25 QC each ONE has 3 years of production experience at least.
3>. Independent Inspection Dept: We have 5 inspector to full check all products before loading into container.
After more than 10 years efforts of Lounger Gears team, our current products range that we are supplying has covered various leisure products as below:
