27th., May, 2011 afternoon, our company was registered in Ningbo city, starting to do our business, to build a reliable company.
29th., June, 2011 we started to work with Made in China website, public the products and company in the world. Until today, we still work with them, dealing business with the customers from all over the world. We are very cherish every inquiry, order, customer, we get 98% repeat orders from the old customers every year. It can't say there have a huge income, but it's increasing every year. This is the important thing, it shows our work get approvals from our customers.
17th., August, 2016, we start to talk to Alibaba, signed the contract, and put our products in this B2B website, hope we can know more and more customers from the world.
2011-2016, the world economy is not so well as before, the raw material, labour cost in China are increasing, it seems we have to stand in this situation in a long time.
We will keep the same as we always do, facing the challenge, sticking on our job.

If the product quality, we will make it up in the next order. If the quantity is not much and the product is small, we will send them by FedEx as soon as possible, freight on us.
For the other cases, we can negotiation with us friendly to solve the problems.
