Production Description
1. Door Material: We have specialized production line and Germany imported equipments to make special shapes according to customer's requirements. All the pvc door panel finished by many steps, from the board cutting up, making styles, mould pressing and so on to make sure meet customer's taste.
2. Carcass Material: HMR Particle board & Plywood & Melamine . All the panels we use are from the biggest board supplier in China. All the board can reach E0 or E1 standard. Small samples available for you to check the quality . You can throw it directly into water for 72 hours to check the quality.
3. Kitchen Cabinet Countertop choices : Quartz, Marble, granite, artificial stone.
A: Normal Stone Countertop: The normal quartz and artificial stone have high hardness, the thickness is 15mm or 20mm avaliable, which have charming apperance and economic price.
B: Special Stone Countertop: The special quartz and artificial stone are top grade countertop, which can do all kinds of design, give people elegant feeling.

Quality Checking for Countertop: Our countertop will be 100% fully checked from the color ,size , and surface by our QC system before delivery.

Kitchen Cabinet Package & Delivery
Flat Package: as economic choice for kitchen cabinet before shipping. It's lower in cost and smaller on whole package size. When flat package finished, we add wooden frame ouside the box, damage reduced as much as possible.
Assemble Package: is more reliable on damage reduction.Each cabinet be completed before filled into a hard plywood box, and easier for installation after the package received. Meanwhile each cabinet will be shipping marked based on the final drawing. so please carefully confirmed the drawing before production to ensure an easily fitted installation.
Countertop Package: Plywood Box Package
We usually use Plastic Film to package countertop first to reduce risks during the delivery and then we will use plywood box package to strengthen production.
About Delivery: Less container loading or Full container loading all ok for us. We also help with loading if clients who have others things nearby need to put in the container.

We welcome standard kitchen cabinets bathroom cabinets and other products and accept up to a certain amount of order quantity for the custom kitchen cabinet, bathroom cabinet and other cabinets.

Our hardware is hinge, slide, pull-out and so on. Most of them we choose import BLUM, Hettich and Top slide.
