1, Sample available?
Yes, sample is accepted and will charge 20% higher but will pay you back in next order up to 5 pcs.

2, Color available?
Yes, different colors are accepted if we can buy from the material market.

3, Is it request MOQ?
Non, for our normal item, one pc can be ordered but will charge as sample.

4, What about payment terms?
By T/T, 30% as deposit, 70% balance before loading.

5, When is the shipping date?
2 days for sample, 10 days for a 40HQ.

6, How about the warranty?
3 years.

7, Mixed container is available?
Yes, we accept clients order different styles in a container.

8, What is the solution if my items arrived damaged?
We will pack it in strong way and very few will be damaged during delivery. If really our problem, we will make new for replacement in next container.
