5. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
Our shipping angancy will try to ensure the safety of the goods during shipping.If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage.If it is not a very serious problems,we will help you and compensate the damaged parts.

Each month we can produce 20000 pieces of chairs and 90% of which are for exporting. Thanks for the 6 workshops and 350 professional production workers, for trial order, we can finish 3-7days. For regular order, delivey time is 15-25days.
We focus on the raw materils to ensure the quality. All of our raw materials are from long term suppliers up to 12 years experienced. Over25 QC staff, each with up to 9 years of experience, will check our products piece by piece before delivery to ensure a defect rate below 0.5%.
We have our furniture sold to various countries and regions, such as France, Germany, America, and Russia, and all of world. We have excellent capability to meet customers' special requirements.
