Q:1.How to assemble the shelving? Would it need any tools ?
A:We have the instruction of it, you can assemble it according to our instruction. It is easy to assemble without tools.
Q:2.All the top and bottom shelves adjustable at all ?
A:Yes.They are adjustable to a point you use the interlocking pieces to put the shelves where you want them, make sure you get them set in place though to secure the shelves.
Q:3.Do you have any other sizes? Except chrome finish, would you have others ?
A:Yes, we have. We have many other sizes of shelves, we have customized products and also have three surfact finish, Chrome plated / Powder Coating(any color), Poly-Z-Brite( Zinc plated + Transparent powder coating), Zinc plated covered by Powder Coating

A:We can arrange the sampels to you if you need it.

A:Our MOQ is 50 sets per size. In general,our payment terms is T/T(30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of shipping doc.)

We have a 28, 500-square-meter factory housing 120 employees and four production lines, managed by ERP system. Our facility is equipped with advanced machinery including automatic & semi-automatic welding machines, CO2 welding machines, automatic punching machines, wire & tube bending machines, polishing machine. The product surface finishing we can offer are powder coating, chrome plating, Zinc plating and Zinc plated with powder coating, etc. Besides, we arrange 10 quality inspectors on the production line to do full inspection of each shelf and each post. With our specific process of quality control, we require our workers to carry out self-inspection, mutual inspection and sampling inspection based on the inspection standard of MIL STD-105G. New product design and development is operated in house by some professional engineers and designers,
