Yes, you can provide design draft or only photo/proof for us to start.

For sample: 15days. For mass production: 30days. And is up to slack/busy season.

Our products has a 3-year guarantee. Druring the gurantee period, if there's any problem with the chair legs/gas rod/castors, we can send you free ones for replacement. We will resposible for any quality problems that caused by our part.
