If you have appointed forwarder,we 'd like to contact he or she and follow your step to arrange the shippment.
Or else,we can arrange shippment for you. We've cooperated with our shipping forwarder for many years, and they can offer us the competitive price by the different vessels and good service.
3.Import taxes:
Lowers price will be state in the docs if needed which is help for decrease the inport taxes.

5. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?

Each month we can produce 20000 pieces of chairs and 90% of which are for exporting. Thanks for the 6 workshops and 350 professional production workers, for trial order, we can finish 3-7days. For regular order, delivey time is 15-25days.
We focus on the raw materils to ensure the quality. All of our raw materials are from long term suppliers up to 12 years experienced. Over25 QC staff, each with up to 9 years of experience, will check our products piece by piece before delivery to ensure a defect rate below 0.5%.
We have our furniture sold to various countries and regions, such as France, Germany, America, and Russia, and all of world. We have excellent capability to meet customers' special requirements.
