5. Product Features: 
It used for outdoor installation as point for flexible interconnection between the primary cables and the secondary cables of telecommunication cable heads.. it shall consist of three main parts:
5. 1 The CCC housing:
It is molding by SMC materials (glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate plastic) in high temperature.  The frame in good thickness, the door and bottom sealing plate are provided with sealing device, the waterproof door locks let the CCC in safe and reliable, good sealing performance has good insulation effect, can prevent rain and moisture into the box, which can effectively prevent the tank vapor condensation. The surface of the housing sprayed evenly, no leakage and blowout, out of plastic, no impurities, and plastic solid. Long service life, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and can resist the accident or the destruction of malignant. 
5.2The cable terminal blocks (CTB), which shall be separable to facilitate installation and replacement of any part during operation:
5.2.1) the CCC is accommodated termination block of 50,100 and 200 pairs with total capacity of 600, 900, and 1200pairs, Wire guiding rings are provided on both sides of each module. 
5.2.2) the terminal block housing made of PBT materials.
5.2.3) the terminal block is insulation displacement contact system (IDC). The connection system facilitates termination of cable wire without striping the insulation, without soldering and without screwing.
5.2.2.4) the terminal blocks provided for 50, 100, and 200 pair shall consist of disconnection modules for 10 pair each, mounted on a back mount frame of stainless steel.
5.2.5) the individual pair terminals in each module shall have identification number 1 through 10. Each wire terminal shall be suitable for connecting two copper wires of 0,4 mm respectively 0.65 mm diameter .Wire guiding rings shall be provided on both sides of each module.
5.2.6) Each 50,100 and 200 pair block module shall be provided with a dust cover and a labeling plate indicating ,row number ,block number ,cable number, and pair from"" To.".""
5.3) Accessories:
The Following accessories for the terminal block shall be provided with each cabinet: Insertion tooling, disconnection, plugs, test cords,4 sets of anchor bolts, the sealing mud, brochures, stickers, 3 keys.

8.Packing
CCC is sealed with a plastic bag and put it into the carton with shock protection foam, The outer carton which show product name, item number, quantity, country of origin, manufacturer name and trade mark, Year of manufacturing, Maximum stacking height, rainproof, and direction.
 
9. Installation and use:
9.1 The CCC installation location of choose should consider the base, distance to manhole and connection box, supporting the installation of hand hole. The base height according to the mat situation in various regions and decide, general rainproof height should be 300MM.
9.2 The distance from base to manhole or hand hole generally require more than 10M, but required the laying of the cement blocks or plastic pipe, should not use the small passageway.
9.3 Install the CCC should make the precast cement base which follow up the CCC's bottom size, the cement base frame compressive strength usually more than 750kg/cm2, after the cement foundation frame fully solidified, on the four corner of the base which reserve anchor bolts, then put the CCC to the precast cement base, adjust the level and vertical then make the fastening nut.

9.5.Remark:
9.5.1. The best position of CCC is in the handover district lines network center and the side of telephone Bureau
9.5.2 Conform to the city planning, not effect on traffic and the City appearance.
9.5.3 The Selected location should be installing near the people and convenient installation.
9.5.4 The selected location is hidden, safety, ventilation, convenient construction and maintenance not easy to be affected by the external.
 
10.  CTB wiring operation in the CCC:
10.1 Taken out the seal ring from the bottom of the CCC, cut the seal hole and the hole size which follow up the enter cable's OD, then put back the seal ring to the original position.
10.2 After the cable enter the cabinet, the cable should be fixed on the cable guider ring which in the bottom of the cabinet, reserve the appropriate length cable which up to the cable guider ring located the top of the CCC and even 200mm longer, then use the insertion tooling finish the cable cut and keep the appropriate length of the cable core.
10.3The cable core could be up and down about four wiring by orderly. Put the 10pairs mould to the back mount frame of stainless steel. Every 10pairs in a group, use the cable tie to fix the wire to the left bottom of the stainless steel back mount frame, The wire through the clamp on the bottom of the mould, then leading the wire into the contact slot, Pressing the wire onto the contact blades, and Cutting the excess wire.
10.5 Succeeded the wire connecting, make the insulation performance test, and then install the second mould till finish the whole process.
10.6 finish the earthling system installation.
