-(1)Stock paintings will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of payment.
-(2)Bulk orders to be finished in 7-60 days depending on the order quantity.
3.-I have a photograph. Can you paint it or print it?
-Yes, custom painting on canvas or printing is one of our main products, we almost make it every day with top quality.Further more ,we can make a photograph into 3D metal paintings.
4.Do you have your own factory and how many artist do you have?
Yes, we have not only our own painting studios and frame factoies , but also a strong R&D department with 5 R&D engineers who is working for new development every day .We have 52 full time skilled artists .
5.-Sample is ok ? Free? Do customers have to pay sample shipping?
-Of course, sample is fine with us, Gernally, sample & sample shipping fees will charge on you. If you are a wholesale customer on oil painting, we have different options if you wish to buy in bulk .
6.-Since painting charge freight, does that cover customs or taxes?
-For most purchases, paying local customs or taxes is the customer's responsibility.
