2. Imported steel from Sweden, Germany for cavity and core pin, with very good shining or matte surface on customer-s requirement. Precision mold or large size mold we all have senior mold maker dedicate to do.
3. Moulds type: Split mould and integrated mould; Hot runner mould and cold runner mould;
4. Mould cavity no.: According to customer's requirements and plastic parts structure. We can make 8, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24.32, 36, 40, 48, 64 and more,
5. Mould life: We can make moulds life different according to customer's production capacity, by using different mould steel. The maximum mould life is 3 million shots.
6. Other features: Good steel, short delivery time, and low cost, will bring you much competitiveness.
Effective design do will help the running cost down in future mass production.
Cold runner and hot runner all can be designed according customer injection machine size.
Mold material suitable, this can ensure the injection mold quality.
Enough cooling system let the injection part to be perfect.
