Good performance:
DFB close type is designed by Shuangyi group and Shandong Construction College, adopt COSMOSFLOWORKS to make the air flow and water flow optimization design, make it excellent heat performance, make sure higher running efficiency, the whole effect reached to the best effect.
High efficiency cooling twist pipe:
Adopt high quality seamless steel tube, the whole body hot dip galvanized corrosion prevent solved; twist pipe all in the water to make the gas tightness test, make sure no leakage; Twist pipe lean flow the cooling water flow direction for the liquid discharge, pressure lost is low. And we can according to the need of customer make it use the copper or stainless steel pipe.
Low noise fan:
Patent technology designed low running speed, wide blade fan. Used wing type medium cavity blade, the angel of the blade is adjustable, low noise, high efficiency. They have two kinds material aluminum alloy and FRP composite material.
Motor:
Adopt the cooling tower specially used total sealing motor. Protection grade IP 55, can running for long time in wet and hot environment. And can according to customer's need to choose double speed motor.
Spray pump:
Adopt the outdoor type total seal pipe pump, large flow, low rotate speed, low noise.
High efficiency water baffle:
Made from good quality PVC, drift water loss less than one over ten thousand, plate installed, easy for dismantle.
Water plate and panel:
Adopt the FRP composite material, vivid color, bright and clean surface, anti corrosion, no fade. We can according customer's need to choose the stainless steel and HDG plate.
Silencing blanket:
In the water plate installed the PVC silencing blanket for effectively reduce the drip water noise.
