1.Standard air cooling roller bed
1.1 : Function: with different cooling speed,control and cool the coil according to the metallographic structure and mechanical property of the product requirements, then sent the coil of overlapping to coil collection station.
1.2, Steyr air cooling roller bed 1set
Type and function: roller type chain drive conveyor.Convey the wire rod in the form of loose coil to the coil gathering drum.Produce the expected metallurgical properties and mechanical properties of the wire with standard and slow cooling mode. 1) standard cooling mode: roller bed speed is quick, wire rod is loose-loop model, roller bed without insulation cover, forced air cooling. 2) slow cooling mode: slower roller bed,with insulation cover,without air cooling.

2. Coil gathering station
2.1 Coil gathering drum
Function: gather forming wire coil reel in the gathering drum. When a roll of collected coil has been removed, offer a buffer space. Then allow rolling mills rolling following the production rhythm.
