Great Chair for the price!

I bought this chair from a different site as the price was about a $100 less and free shipping. Took me about an hour to unpack and assemble the chair. Shipping carrier was alright(they were suppose to call me 30mins before they delivered and called me in front of my door. Truck driver says he did not have time to call me as he was too busy) My star rating does not reflect the shipping service. FYI this chair is vinyl and not leather.
The foot massage is rough on your feet. I doubled up some shipping foam and inserted and this helped. The chair does make a fair amount of noise yet it did not bother me too much. For the price you cannot beat this chair. Other chairs simply do not have the L-track for the same price. I love that it massages from your neck to the bottom of your butt. LOL I would have liked if the remote could have been mounted on the side to give you a view while it is running. At the end of the day it does the job. I was falling asleep within 15 minutes. I will update this review within 30- 60 days for another update.

Massage chair is ok so far but there is some damage the way I received it, which I think causes some extra noise during certain functions of the chair.
I am hoping the merchant will address this asap.
I paid extra for delivery which I believe is worth it for a single person, just wished there was no damage to it.
Be aware that the Foot/Leg massage is kind of strong and you have to adjust your position accordingly.
I am not quite sure about the purpose of the headrest piece because it's not providing enough of comfort for your neck & head and at the same time, lessening the impact of massage in that area. The piece is removable so it's up to the user whether to leave it on or not.
Once the merchant has taken care of the problem with my chair, I may revise my rating depending on the outcome.

I think this is a good chair I did a lot of research on Zero gravity chairs and this chair has most of everything I wanted for a cheaper price compared to 3,000 $$ chairs and this one there was no shipping or tax well worth the $$$
