1.Custom flags with Screen printing:
Screen printing flags will give a bright and vibrant colours but will not print complex designs.
- Best for larger quantities most cost effective.
- Sharp Finish
- Vibrant colours
- Printed to PMS (Pantone) colours
- No minimum quantity on custom flags.
2.Custom flags with Digital Printing:
Digital printing uses cutting edge technology to create sharp and striking results every time, with no minimum colour.
- Excellent for complex designs and high-quality photos
- Ideal for small quantities (eg. 1 or 2 flags) and quick turn around time.
- Full colour printing process (Lot's of Colour)
- No minimum quantity on custom flags.

- 120gsm Knitted polyester (for durability longer life)
- 160gsm Spun Polyester (for extra durability longer life

Should you have (single sided) or (double sided 3 layers)?
As you can see the wording on a 3 layer flag will read correct on the back side. This flag will take a lot wind to move it as it is very heavy, the flag is made from 2 pieces of flag material are sewn together and a middle block out is add to stop the see through.

We make flag by printing machines, including steaming, washing and drying machines. And we sew flags by our double stitching machines.
