Hengtuo Warehouse Storage Heavy Duty Pallet Racking with Wire Decking
Heavy Duty Rack is a most useful and cost-effective storage racking system providing direct access to all pallets. It provides high capacity storage, is easily installed and adjusted, and has low equipment and capital costs.
Features:
1. Pallets can be located, accessed and moved individually.
2. Rapid handling of almost all types of palletized goods.
3. Infinitely adjustable and offering a wide range of options and components to accommodate specialized needs.
4. Maximizes space use in any warehouse configuration while retaining optimum product accessibility.
5. Strength and rigidity prevents compression damage to goods.
6. Bottom level of pallets can be stored on the floor, lowering structure costs.

1) Quality Control
We strictly monitor the stretching strength of our wire rods as well as the general quality of both our wire rods and our sheet metal materials.
2) Manufacturing
Our wire mesh is made by a Swiss-made automatic multi-point welding machine. The bottom section of our pallets (mesh, steel reinforcement, and legs) are produced on an automated line. Through the mechanization of our facilities we deliver consistently high quality products.
3) Inspection
Each individual piece is inspected to insure there are no problems with assembly or breaking down processes. Only those which pass inspection are sent on for surface treatment and to the processing area for finishing and delivery to customers.
4) Rush Delivery Options
We carry out production at our factories according to customer needs. By doing so, we can pass on savings to the customer and offer a faster delivery speed. We are flexible and can also accommodate custom sizes and small lot production.
