Q1: What is your MOQ?
Usually, our MOQ is 80pcs, if your order mix many items, we can accept 50pcs.
And the smaller quantity can be accepted for the stocked products.
Q2: Do you have stocked products to sell?
We will keep some stock for few hot selling items in our factory, but not too much. If you need, please contact our sales to get the update stock list.
Q3: Can I get a sample before big order?
Yes, our company offers samples for quality test or other business purposes, but we kindly ask you to pay for samples and the freight.
Q4: What is your capability of production and the delivery time?
Normally we can manufacture 5000pcs faucets or 3000pcs shower sets per month.
The delivery time for the stocked items is 3-5 days; If no stock, usually it is 7-15 days for small order, and 15-35 days for big order.
Q5: How about your warranty and quality control?
All products have to pass strict inspection before they go out of our factory, and we will provide 7 years warranty for our products. If you need, you can arrange a quality inspection before the shipment.
Q6: Can we print our logo on the product or customize the package?
Yes, we can print your logo on the product if you need, and the customized package can be accepted.

2012 Approval the ISO 9001 quality standard
