Answers: Our quality of chrome wire shelving is qualified as Japanese order standard, passed the salty and spray testing by SGS organization with result 24 hours 8 Grade . Generally ,chrome plated shelves is better for dry environment use ,while powder coating or zinc plated covered by epoxy finish is better for wet enviornment use .
2, What about your lead time of a container order
Answers : Generally 30 days for first order and 25 days for repeat order if your order are our catalog items. The delivery time of customized items shall be re-evaluate by your design.

Our facility is equipped with advanced machinery including automatic & semi-automatic welding machines, CO2 welding machines, automatic punching machines, metal wire cutting machines, wire wave rolling machines, wire bending machines, tube bending machine, polishing machine and salty spray testing machine. The finishing we can offer are powder coating, chrome plating, Zinc plating and Zinc plated with powder coating, etc., We have our own product testing center to make some professional quality inspection by ourselves, including salty and spray test, coating thickness test, corrosion resistance test, loading capacity test, tension test, shelf center distance test and packing dropping test, etc. Besides, we arrange 30 quality inspectors on the production line to do full inspection of each shelf and each post. Our factory has been certified by NSF organization and passed the factory inspection of BV, TUV, TARGET and GMC. At present, our monthly output capacity has exceeded 50 X 40' HQs (containers).
