Product Description
1. Leather available:
A)Chinese Leather: Top Grain genuine leather /PU
B)Italian imported Leather
2. Colors available:
Black/Red wine/Dark brown/Cream etc;
3.Foam density:
High-density foam-D30/35 for cushions and D-28 for back and armrest
4. Inner constructions:
A) High quality sponge in seat cushions;
B)Kiln dried solid wood internal frame and plywood, metal coil springs and fabric rubber, rust and moisture proofing treatment.
5. Packing method:
Cardboard wrapping with corner protection, middle layer with polyester, outer layer with woven plastic bag.
6. Quality Control:
(1) Before the order to be confirmed, we will check the material and color of leather/fabric which should be strictly the same as mass production.
(2) We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
(3) 100% QC inspection before packing;
