Reply:Yeah, we have samples stock in our warehouse.
2.Can the products produced with customers brands?
Reply:Absolutely,we offer OEM/ODM orders.
3.What about the warranty and future service.
Reply:Our period of warranty is one year,All the spare part is free during the period, if it is really
something wrong with your products we can not solve it , we will ask the customer to send the
bad lock back and change a good one to them for free.
4.Can you teach how to use your door lock and system?
Reply:Of course,we offer full training for door lock usage and management system in out factory.
And we provided consistent support after sales, Any questions or problem can contact with us freely.
5.How about your capacity?
Reply:The capacity in here is about 30000 PCS for each month.
6.May I have your payment term?
Reply:The payments term in our factory is:T/T, Paypal, Western union, cash and so on.
7.Can we put the minibar in the wardrobe?
Reply:You can, but better to leave some space in the back of the minibar. It is aborption type and need some space for air circulation
8.what is the advantage of your minibar comparing to other absorption type minibar?
Reply:The cooling technology is from Eu which is the major part of the minibar.
9.Can you minibar make ice?
Reply:Minibar should not not make ice and it has special treatment to avoid frost as well.
10.Does your minibar have a locker?
Reply:Yes, it has a locker on it. Minibar can be locked when tourist group check in.
