5. What support you will have about the chair installation?
Installation instructions can be packed in each carton with the chairs, so you can assemble the furniture very easily.
6. What is your packing way?
For swivel chairs, they are with knock down packing, assembling instructions will be sent to you together if needed.
For some meeting chairs, they are whole packing.
7. When receive the goods, if there is damage , how I can get replacement?
If the damage occur during shipping, the shipping agency will be responsible for it.
If it is the quality problem, we will compensate you the damaged parts.
