Manufacture
The weave is a full 8mm in diameter and replicates "natural water hyacinth" amazing to see!
The weaving is carried out by the best weavers in the world. Often they are 3rd or 4th generation of weavers. Families pass down their skills and train using a life times experience.
Under the superb weave is a beautifully engineered aluminium frame. A real cut above average.
The weave is further supported using additional cross member woven braces.
Even the furniture feet are made in the most durable of timbers "Teak".
The cushions are also special, see below:-
Cushions
The Cushion covers are manufactured from Olefin fabrics. This material was developed in Italy some 60 years go and has evolved into the very best outdoor fabric.
Olefin is ideal when a range of colours is required.
Olefin is colourfast and Highly UV Stable.
Olefin is resistant to:- Fire, Chemicals, Abrasions & Staining.
Olefin is quick drying (Ideal for outdoor furniture cushions)
Olefin Recovers its shape well and quickly with minimal creasing
Producing Olefin fabric is friendly on the environment, the process produces little waste and no contaminants.
Polymer Material
Highly tested, very similar to polmers used in the car industry, whereby it has to prove itself ant severe minimum and maximum temperatures.
The Montana can be used in contact with salt and chlorinated waters. Sits safe by the sea and swimming pools.
The polymer is very tough and hard wearing.
It is free from harmful additives
It is not harmful to the environment during manufacture or throughout its life time.
