How to make "Poly Resin Crafts"
Sculpture (cost 2-6 days): our sculptor sculpture the clay model according to buyer's artwork /photoes/ real sample / concepts ;
Mould (cost 2-5 days): we do silicone mould base on clay model or real sample provided ,usually it takes 3 days;
Whiteware(cost 1-4 days): we grouting polyresin into Mould to make out the whiteware ;
Polish(cost 1-3 days): we drilling the hole or trimming the shape according to products function then polish whole whiteware ;
Painting(cost 1-7 days): after polish the whiteware and by nature drying then handy colors painting on whiteware;
Packaging(cost 2-5 days):after painting finshed we do packaging according to order's request;
If you require the samples
On hand sample: if you need the sample we existing and the sample expense base on the Qty,designs,and air express charge;usually it takes 1-3 days to send out sample
Customize sample: if you require new sample we don't have mould ,then it base on: Sculpture charge,mould charge,handy painting charge,Sculpture charge USD13.5/inch ,Handy painting charge USD1/inch ;and air courier charge ;usually it takes 5-10 days to send out;
Please send your draft artwork,product taken photoes ,download pictures etc then we can make customized sample for you.
