The composition of medium-duty racks:
Medium Duty Rack are assembled by columns, beams, laminates. Independent group has two pairs of columns. Such a shelf is called the main frame (Starter). If the assembly of several groups into a row, then in addition to the first group needs two pairs of columns, the other can share the columns in front of it, such a shelf is called the subframe (Addon).
Starter: two pairs of columns plus a few horizontal & diagonal bracing
Beam: 2 pcs/layer
Shelf board: are placed on top of two horizontal beams
Add-on: one pairs of columns plus a few horizontal & diagonal bracing
Medium Duty Rack Structure:
- Rack column is made of cold-rolled steel by a special roll forming machine. The upright column heads double row holes at 50mm pitch along a straight line. Column hole used to mount beams. The two columns are opposite, with the horizontal connecting beam and the diagonal bracing in the middle to assemble two columns into a shelf.
- Beams using "P" type pipe, commonly known as "ladder beam." The height of the ladder matches the height of the deck.
- Shelves steel plate with cold-rolled steel, according to the required size bending on the four sides.
- Beam and column mounted, assembled into a frame, and finally laid steel plate, thus a complete set of medium-sized shelf molding.
- All parts of the shelf are well formed, all finished, polished, pickled, phosphated, fully automated powder electrostatic sprayed and dried. Produced shelf surface smooth, beautiful. Shelf layer can be adjusted up and down according to 50mm pitch, easy disassembly.

- Column for the assembly structure. The steel buckles are inserted between the beams and columns, and set a safety lock to prevent falling off.

- Column with 50mm adjustment hole spacing, can be adjusted according to the level of goods.
- Adjacent back direction between the columns can be used to strengthen the connection bar. The bottom of the column can be matched with the ground to improve the safety and reliability.
- Suitable for general manpower or stowage delivery. Heavy load, simple structure. Each layer of the maximum load of up to 300kg, and freely be adjusted at 50mm pitch. Easy installation, no screws, easy assembly and disassembly, and infinite connection.
