XGN15-12(F), XGN15-12(F·R) box-type fixed AC metal closed switch device("Switch device" for short), for the ring network power supply or radiation type power supply system with rated voltage 12kV, rated current 630A and below, especially suitable as the control and protection of the power system when installed in the pre installed substation. The FLN36-12D type six sulfur fluoride load switch or FLRN36-12D type load switch-fuse combination electric appliance is installed inside the product (with Insulated shell), it has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation, light operating force, interlocking reliable, maintenance free and so on, it is a new generation high voltage switching equipment for urban power grid transformation and construction.
This product is in compliance with: GB3906< 3~35kV AC metal closed switch equipment>, GB/T11022< Common technical requirements for high voltage switchgear and control equipment standards>, IEC298, DL/T404< Technical condition of high-voltage switch cabinet ordering>.

Monthly average not more than 90%, the monthly average value of water vapor pressure not more than 1.8kPa.
Structure
Switch device is composed of a cabinet body, a main switch (SF6 load switch or switchgear), grounding switch, instrument room, busbar and other electrical components and auxiliary components.
The cabinet is assembled by aluminum and zinc plate with modular forming. The back of the cabinet is provided with a pressure relief channel to protect the operator when an internal fault occurs.
The busbar in the busbar chamber is well insulated, which is directly connected to the terminal of the load switch. The three-phase busbar is arranged in a vertical direction, so that the switching device can be expanded arbitrarily on the left and right, and is easy to change the layout.
The instrument room is located on the upper part of the switch device, which can be installed with current meter, voltage meter, indicating lamp and electric operating mechanism.
