Installation, use and maintenance
In addition to the requirements of the provisions from the electricity sector, the intelligent integrative substation should take care of the following matters in aspects such as installation, acceptance, transfer test, operation and maintenance.
When receiving, the user should carefully check the good under relevant regulations, products that not immediately installed should be stored in suitable place.
Products should be lifted from bottom with dedicated spreader, as picture 3.
Product should be placed horizontal on the prior-prepared base, then seal the gap between the bottom of the product and the base with cement mortar, in order to avoid the rain water flow into the cable compartment, access the high/low voltage cables with the bottom-seal board of the high/low voltage room.
After installed the product should be well grounded; The two main ground terminals on the channel of the station base, transformer neutral point and the shell, the pile head under the lightning arrester, etc. should be grounded separately by the install-department. All grounding should share a common grounding device, The grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms, the grounding cable leading from the grounding net to the product should be not less than 2.
After the product installed or repaired, the following inspection and testing should be done before putting into operation:
Whether it is clean in the transformer substation;
Whether the operating mechanism is flexible;
Whether the switching of the main electrical appliances are flexible and reliable;
Whether the auxiliary contact of the electrical appliances switch reliably and accurately;
Whether the action of the meter and relay is accurate;
Whether the ratio of the meter and transformer and the wiring polarity is accurate;
Whether all installation nuts of the electrical appliances are tightened, whether the installation is firm and reliable;
Whether the busbar connection is good, whether its supporting insulator and the clamping piece are reliable;
Whether the setting value of electrical equipment is in accordance with the requirements, whether the specification of the fuse core is correct;
Whether the contact of the main circuit and the auxiliary circuit is in accordance with the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.
Maintenance
All components in the product are maintained according to their respective technical requirements:
If select the oil-immersed transformer, at least once oil sample analysis examination should be made as required every year;
The operating High-voltage side switchgear,After 20 times with load switching operation or 2000 times with no load switching operation,should check the weariness of the contact and vacuum interrupter,when something's abnormal,should be repaired or replaced in time;
When low voltage switchgear tripping automatically,should check and find out the reason of tripping,shouldn't put into use before the trouble ruled out.
Lightning arrester should be preventive tested every year before the arrival of the thunderstorm season.
*Products with the packing list, certificate, installation manual, electrical wiring diagram and specification of main components and equipment used inthe product, the key,operation tools and spare components according to the agreement.
